Uganda’s cities are the economic engines of the country’s bold and ambitious mission of building a USD500 billion economy by 2040. On a typical day, one out of every 10 Ugandans (12%) is present and doing something in one of Uganda’s 11 cities (2024). This is equivalent to nearly one half of Uganda’s urban population (48%). For each of these cities, children aged 17 years and below are the majority (50%). They are the future labourforce and marketplace leaders. Their ability to steer Uganda to high levels of prosperity depends on the confidence they gain in their formative years to take on the opportunities around and ahead of them; how well they are supported to dream large and best they are equipped to work out their dreams.

Here are the standing commitments of HLSS Partners:
Compliance with the licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to your company or organisation.
Regular Board prayer for the spiritual and physical wellbeing of the HLSS student community (and alumni) in your primary city of business.
An annual HLSS designed financial contribution (single or recurring) for settlement of tuition fees of the HLSS student community.
Willing and ready to host HLSS graduate(s) for a short-term Marketplace Mentorship programme (3–6 months).
