Eligibility and Requirements
Who is eligible for HLSS and what you need to apply for a scholarship.
To qualify for a scholarship under HLSS, applicants should have a personal marketplace dream statement for their generation and must meet the following criteria:
Proof of Candidature
Be a duly registered student at a recognized school or vocational training institution in Uganda with a bank account (primary six; senior 3 or senior 5 for schools).
Statement of Testimony
Provide a written testimony issued by an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ in active pastoral responsibility within a duly registered and licensed church.
Valid Documents
Submit valid recommendation from the Local Council Chairman (LC1) of your village, and valid identification documents.
